Freelance Sales Position (commissioned)

We are a podcast network based out of Los Angeles, CA. Our main objective is to connect passionate listeners with the content they want to hear. Our diverse roster of shows include The Pros & Cons, The Intersection of Cancer and Life, Onward and Upward, and Unknown Camp.
We are looking for a freelance commissioned sales person to help support our sales team. We would like the person to be based in Los Angeles but it is not a requirement. There is no minimum required revenue goals but since it is a commissioned postion, the more you sell, the more you will make.
The ideal candidate is driven, organized, and analytical. This person will be excellent at prioritizing tasks, and sharing information across the team to drive transparency and efficient decision making. The candidate should have a can-do attitude, and excitement about working in the fast-growing podcast industry.
What You’ll Do
Manage and proactively sell to advertising agencies and brands.
Educate advertisers on effective campaign solutions to drive sales/ business goals
Work closely with our team to integrate sponsors into our shows.
Create and maintain documentation on sales processes, policies, and sales team communication.
Experience in digital advertising
Strong data and analytics skills
Extremely proactive and highly organized, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple and varied tasks in a timely manner
Excellent client service and verbal and written communication skills
